We hereby remind the companies interested in participate in the International Offshore Public Competition No. 1 for the award of exploration permits, convened by Resolution No. 65/2018 of the SECRETARÍA DE GOBIERNO DE Energía, which are included in the latest ranking published by "Energy Intelligence Top 100 and / or Top 50: Global NOC & IOC Rankings" that must request their inclusion in the LIST of companies interested in bidding, presenting the documentation referred to in article 3.5.1 of the TENDER , in accordance with the provisions of article 3.7 of the TENDER.
Inclusion in the aforementioned ranking does not exclude the need to request inclusion in the LIST, according to what is established in article 3.2 of the TENDER.
